Tom has been a director and filmmaker for 18 years, and after more than 1,000 shoot days, nothing can rattle him. His first international feature film is currently on the festival circuit. When he isn't shooting films or watching them in his home cinema, he does sport, devours tech news or keeps his dog entertained.

Yvonne is a strategic producer and emotional storyteller. Before becoming a Pathfinder, she worked as a journalist and business consultant. When she isn't on the phone, advising clients or supervising sets, she bakes waffles and writes screenplays and novels, for publishers including Piper and Ullstein.
